During the intense summer heat, I called Keith Smith from Reliable Heating and cooling as recommended by a friend. Keith responded and scheduled to test the AC system in short time,ordered parts and arrived on time. He and his son did a great job and charged a very reasonable rate. I knew if I ever needed my furnace serviced I’d call Reliabele again. Indeed we recently had a heating issue, called Keith who returned my call promptly, set up a reasonably quick appointment, arrived and fixed the furnace. He’s a conscientious hardworking guy ,honest with reasonable rates. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Keith is a class act! Our home flooded last fall (2018) and our re-construction contractor called upon Reliable Heating & Cooling to do the furnace/central air work. From beginning to end Keith has been awesome to us. Back when it was getting cold and all we wanted was to get back in our home he went over and above to make that happen. He and his son were even at hour home on Christmas Eve to finish up the furnace work! Incredible dedication to his customers and had complete compassion for us and our situation. It was too cold to do the central air back then so as promised when he said “just give me a call”, we did land and he fit us into his busy schedule to install our unit within a week! If you need someone who will do outstanding work with a work ethic that is over and above…call Keith at Reliable. NICE, CLEAN WORK! His company is appropriately named..RELIABLE! Customers for life!

he was amazing! explained the new safety features on the new furnace made sure we understood everything about it. He also told me what wasn’t needed to be replaced saving us money. He was respectful, punctual, understanding ( I have an autistic daughter who he was wonderful with) highly recommend him!
